Morvélo’s F**K CANCER socks back on sale

by 3

A few weeks ago, Morvélo released some really rather spiffy swearsocks – bright bright pink, with F**K CANCER written on the back of them.

FUCK CANCER

They were made by Morvelo in honour of our Dep Ed, and our friend. Jenn, who we lost to cancer in 2015, and all proceeds went to Macmillan Cancer Support, Cancer Research and St Gemma’s Hospice.

They sold out in less than 24 hours.

So Morvélo has got some more in, and they should be online by the time you read this. They’re £9, they’re good for (as Morvelo says in its website):

  • Cycling
  • Not cycling
  • Raising money for three excellent charities
  • Wearing something with a swear word on it

… and all proceeds (not just profit) goes to the aforementioned charities. Order some today!

Barney Marsh takes the word ‘career’ literally, veering wildly across the road of his life, as thoroughly in control as a goldfish on the dashboard of a motorhome. He’s been, with varying degrees of success, a scientist, teacher, shop assistant, binman and, for one memorable day, a hospital laundry worker. These days, he’s a dad, husband, guitarist, and writer, also with varying degrees of success. He sometimes takes photographs. Some of them are acceptable. Occasionally he rides bikes to cast the rest of his life into sharp relief. Or just to ride through puddles. Sometimes he writes about them. Bikes, not puddles. He is a writer of rongs, a stealer of souls and a polisher of turds. He isn’t nearly as clever or as funny as he thinks he is.
