Sam Shucksmith joins Whyte, joins Whyte. No, that’s not a typo – the aforementioned ‘Double S’ has joined the company as an engineer in their Research and Development centre… and he’s also joined as a racer on the Enduro Team.

Post ride chocolate muffin just off camera, perhaps?

Sam said: ““I feel really fortunate to be working for Whyte both on and off the bike. As a racer and an engineer, being in a position to work with bikes and on the design of your own racing machine, is one to relish.”

Barney Marsh

Barney Marsh takes the word ‘career’ literally, veering wildly across the road of his life, as thoroughly in control as a goldfish on the dashboard of a motorhome. He’s been, with varying degrees of success, a scientist, teacher, shop assistant, binman and, for one memorable day, a hospital laundry worker. These days, he’s a dad, husband, guitarist, and writer, also with varying degrees of success. He sometimes takes photographs. Some of them are acceptable.
