New Flow Trails in Livigno – with Video

by 0

Sick of using the word ‘thrutch’ when it comes to your Livigno riding? Worry no more! they’re opening up a whole pile of flow trails AS WE SPEAK. Here’s a video – see?

10km of new fast flowy trails are open right now in the Carosello 3000 bike park  – and as the video says they’re working on MOAR all the time!

It is a new style track, based on speed and rhythm,  that guarantees the necessary safety  to beginners and a roller coaster sensation to  expert bikers.”

And if you’re out that way on August 2, you could participate in the 3K Up&Down event, a loop of 13km including the new trails (and a gondola ride up, natch). Entries are limited to 100, though – you can sign up here.

Barney Marsh takes the word ‘career’ literally, veering wildly across the road of his life, as thoroughly in control as a goldfish on the dashboard of a motorhome. He’s been, with varying degrees of success, a scientist, teacher, shop assistant, binman and, for one memorable day, a hospital laundry worker. These days, he’s a dad, husband, guitarist, and writer, also with varying degrees of success. He sometimes takes photographs. Some of them are acceptable. Occasionally he rides bikes to cast the rest of his life into sharp relief. Or just to ride through puddles. Sometimes he writes about them. Bikes, not puddles. He is a writer of rongs, a stealer of souls and a polisher of turds. He isn’t nearly as clever or as funny as he thinks he is.
