Turner will be displaying their V3.1 Burner at this year’s Sea Otter – the Illustrious Chipps will report more from the actual show tomorrow, but in the mean time here are a few pics to whet your appetite:
It’s got “advanced dwLink suspension, new All-Mountain tubing, massive custom-machined tapered 62mm headtube, stealth dropper post cable routing, and one-inch shorter seat tube to accommodate taller dropper posts”. It says here. Braaap!
Dave Turner will also be offering his 29er Sultan in 27.5+ trim for those who desire MOAR RUBBER. Keep ’em peeled on Singletrackworld.com!

20er? Small wheels here we come
Cable routing looks a bit better. Head tube change – is this just to accommodate the threads for the cable guides?
DB Iine made the world of difference to by Burner.
Stealth dropper hole – I wonder if I could retro fit / drill my older burner like that?
“one-inch shorter seat tube to accommodate taller dropper posts”
That sounds good…surprised more manufacturers don’t consider this
hear hear Nuke!
Looks sharp
Headangle? BB height?
Matt – no information on that yet – keep your hair on!
like the front, rear still looks like it belongs in the 1990’s
Though I’m not a fan of white frames as they always land up with a muddy hue after a few months. The new Burner looks the business.
