Greg Callaghan of Ireland will be joining the CUBE Action Team for the coming season. Callaghan, who claimed the 8th rank at the second stop of the Enduro World Series in Scotland last year, and finished the series in 16th position overall, has signed a two-year contract with Cube starting with the 2015 season.
By contracting the 22-year old Irishman, the Action Team (according to their press release) “underlines its international focus and wants to establish itself as one of the top Enduro Teams“. Team manager Claus Wachsmann is quoted as saying that he’s very sure that “with his open mindedness and positive character he fits into the Team perfectly”.
“I hope that within my new team I can develop and establish myself among the top 10 of the Enduro World Series 2015”, Callaghan says.
As well as Greg Callaghan, the Team continues with Nicolas Lau, Gusti Wildhaber, Scott Laughland, André Wagenknecht and Ludwig Döhl for the coming season. The Team will be continuing with the Stereo 160 Super HPC, which was responsible for a lot of stair landings in 2014.
Greg’s race agenda is already fully booked – he will ride most of the races with Lau, Laughland and Wildhaber.

Stair landings, not very Enduro are they?
Nice one Greg!
I have no idea what a “stair landing” is.
Or more to the point, I’m wondering why a bike would be landing on stairs.
Has this been directly translated from German using Babelfish? Are we missing out on the latest German Enduro-rad terminology?
