Hi folks,
Well, I’ve had the Lapierre over a year now and still absolutely love it!
Here’s the latest update, which in the way of things is also now in need of updating (Johnny and I shot this mid August)

Once I’m back from Trans-Provence I’m going to be fitting the Works Components headset, SRAM XO drivetrain and there’s a full review of the Easton Haven Carbon wheels in the next issue of Singletrack.

I keep wondering why certain brands of bikes need angle adjustments, not in their design like a Scott Octane but by consumers that ‘know better’.
robsoctane – Knowledgable consumers making their bikes suit the trails they ride? Making your 3 year old frame a bit slacker but still not as slack as the latest version of the same frame? Something like that I’d expect.
Have to agree with Matt , how the hell my 316 climbs like it does with 160mm of travel is beyond me !Not complaining especially when the real fun begins when you point it back down !!!!
What you need on there is a pair of Baron UST’s!
Where were you riding Matt?
I wonder that too rob. If you need slacker/steeper surely you bought the wrong bike.
