This summer Singletrack Sleepless In The Saddle, the UK’s friendliest and most fun 24 hour mountain bike race, will return to Catton Park, Walton on Trent on the 6th and 7th of August. There will be all the same great organisation, facilities and atmosphere as we’ve enjoyed in previous years – hopefully 2010’s fantastic weather will return too!
To celebrate Singletrack Sleepless in the Saddle, the event’s official clothing sponsor Endura has designed a brand new jersey which you can order online for collection at the event or for home delivery afterwards. Simply go to click here to go to the Sleepless in The Saddle page on the Endura website.
The Endura team will also be at Catton Park, exhibiting an awesome new range of clothing and offering a new and improved Scrappage Scheme for 2011.
Endura Scrappage Scheme
The Endura Scrappage Scheme and “Glove In” amnesties have proven to be a great hit at recent Sleepless in the Saddles, so once again you get the chance to trade-in a pair of old, battered mountain biking baggies for a brand new pair of 3/4s at a special Scrappage Scheme Price!
Zyme 3/4s Camouflage: special Scrappage Scheme Price £19.99 (instead of RRP £39.99)
Burner 3/4s: special Scrappage Scheme Price £27.99 (instead of RRP £54.99)
Endura will bring a stack of these, but it will be first come, first served. The Endura stand in the arena will be open from Saturday morning through to Sunday afternoon, so drop in to check out the new range of clothing and take advantage of the Scrappage Scheme.
The Course
Even after last year’s scorcher of an event, the Catton Park course is going to be tweaked to maximise the fun from the tight and twisting woodland singletrack, with a new course designer and the freshly resurfaced trails on hand ready to keep SITS regulars interested while still being fun for riders of all abilities.
We are looking forward to seeing you there, so head here for online entry…

‘Friendly and fun’ – can we expect the disco in the woods and random club singer type of fun like at Bonty 24/12?? That disco in the woods really perks you up!
reminds me of the cover of the grateful dead’s ‘dead set’ album….
