    Just utter rubbish, they gave us a three hour window 12-3. I arrive back at 11:55 to find a note that they had been there just 5 mins before. I called, it took them 2 hrs to get back to me by which time the driver was “too far away” and was “too busy to wait” avoid,and avoid any online supplier who uses XPD, just rude and uncaring.
    They even said, it was my fault for misisng the slot by 5 mins, great customer service skills, twist the logic and facts..

    Oh Yodel can beat that today…
    Driver managed to card the door despite me sitting in front of the window of my office which is next to it…
    And they give no time slot….
    on a “Before 1pm delivery” carded at 14:55…

    We used XDP for a while, sacked them now. Our collection driver was great. The rest of the business were utter rubbish though. I once had a very unpleasant conversation with the financial director. The final straw was refusal to refund on missing a pre 12 delivery (by 24 hours). It was always the really important deliveries which they messed up on.
