Actually that might even make them unique standing out from the crowd of professionally design websites. You have to bear in mind they are not IT people so if they have designed the website themselves during their spare time ... all the best.

It does the job, contains all the relevant info, and loads ok. By far from being the 'worst'. Not the greatest, slickest design, no, but I've seen far worse.
I like this bit though.
