  • Which grease for carbon parts ?

    Hi
    Currently getting a lot of creaking from “I think ” my carbon seatpost in a carbon frame or possibly the push fit BB
    Was going to strip the seatpost and grease but remembered normal grease is good for carbon
    Can anybody recommend a grease ?
    Also can anybody recommend a BB solution if it happens to be the that ?

    Carbon assembly compound. Basically grease with little beads in to aid adhesion.
