    So, I find if I have a goal to aim for, especially if I have paid cold hard cash for it then I’m more likely to actually get my posterior in gear and train.

    I quite fancy doing one of the sport / less serious categories at Ard Rock next year to have a goal to aim to get fitter and pedal a bit further (any distance to be honest!)

    Any one know when the enteries go on sale? I know that historically they have sold out pretty quick.
