I might need a clue. My first thought was also that canals aren’t that deep. A closer look at the bike shows an unusual configuration probably due to back problems or a disability. Finally a grown man wearing a superman t-shirt. Or is it something to do with registration number on the boat that canal nerds might get?

LOL well initially it was the remarkably long steerer/stem quill, wasnt close enough to determine. but combined with the first comment of “up periscope” the deep water sign also has its place lol
