  • What will change going from a Fox 32 120mm to a Fox 34 140mm?

Apart from weight and stiffness, I understand the HA will also increase slightly (does anyone know by how much?). Are there any other things that will change that I should take in to consideration?

    The contents of your wallet….

On paper, stiffness will increase – in reality? Doubt you’d notice it.

Apparently the stiffness is noticeable from 32-34 Fox’s

Your HA decreases not increases (slackens)

    Get some rock shox.

Yeah to be honest, I wouldn’t be bothering with Fox atm when there are better offerings from RS and X-Fusion

+1 on rockshox. 34s with CTD are pretty shite tbh (in relative terms). got no support, dive through their travel like tom daley on anything steep or when you apply the brakes…

Should mention that they’re for a 29er and the 32s are noticeably flexy. I appreciate what you’re saying about the under dampned CTD’s but apparently Fox have sorted it on the 2014s.

I’ll look at X-Fusion, BOS, RS etc too.
