My upper? jockey wheel has seized and no amount of lube can seem to recover it.

Does anyone know the part number or dimensions of the bearing to replace as the rest of the jockey is fine and virtually unworn?

    I think the mech is a M786, it’s a shadow +

it’s formed into the plastic, you can’t change it.

have you had the seals off and cleaned it out?

I had to do mine last week, popped the seals and worked it back and forth in spirits until it span freely, greased up and feels like new now.

oh, I’ve pressed the bearing out of the jockey wheel, it seemed to drift out without an issue.

I’ll try and get the dimensions from it, but I don’t know how accurate I will be, I was hoping someone would just say “oh yeh they are a 602RS” or something like that 🙁
