i am going to try clipless pedals but i could do with some advice on shoes. I dont need anything too flash i dont really do the fashion thing but however i need something that will fit me. I have a wide toe area so it hurts if i wear anything too narrow any suggestions what i should buy? got about £60 but could stretch if i really had too

I have pretty wide feet (snowboard boots are a mare) but I’ve never had any hassle with Shimano bike shoes.

I have very wide forefeet. Specialized for my MTB shoes, and diadora for the road shoes. Interestingly, when searching for a full-face helmet the only one I could fit on my very large head was a specialized too. Obviouslt things are bigger in America…
