Spesh BH Sport(?) shoes with Sealskinz socks. They're bottom of the range, but simple (all velcro), solid and cheapish.

Nike Poo Bahs. State of the art shit.

510's for flats, Sidi Dominators for clipped and Shimano waterproof boots for mega wet rides

Spesh Sawpits. They're very comfortable, but not as long lasting as the seven year old Spesh Rockhoppers I cannot seem to kill.

I've got a pair of seldom used Vans SPDs too. They're inflexible and weigh well over a pound each, you feel like Frankenstein's monster in them.
