Seen quite a few jobs coming up that i’ve been interested in where the term ‘mid-weight’ or ‘middle-weight is used.

Is this between junior and senior? does it normally account to years of experience in a role?

Would it be cynical of me to suggest that it’s a high-level position with a graduate-level salary?

if your talking graphic design then probably 4 years plus depending on the roles your’ve had before.
