What 10speed chain (Shimano drivetrain)?

I need a new cassette and chain for my decent road bike.

Cassette will be Ultegra (to go with the rest of the drivetrain).

What about chain – stick with Shimano, or go with someone like KMC?

I went for a Connex chain last time having had a Shimano one snap on me. It has been fine so far.
