Right, as I know one or two people on here are partial to a bit of fine tipple (not to be confused with nipple) on any (or all) days of the week, I thought it a good idea to create a safe, happy environment in which people can talk about their dependancy on enjoyment of alcoholic beverages without fear of being called an alcoholic/drunk or worse.

Tonight I am mainly drinking very distinctive, top shelf plonk from breweries that couldn’t be classified as micro-sized even if I were the one and almighty God looking down on the peasants of the world like a boy on an ant hill (Yes Woppit, God watches us 24-7, 365 days a year and come the end he will judge you!)

Please note that I am not drinking all of the delectable beverages listed above at the same time. To do so would spoil the distinctive fragrant nose of each drink and would be quite uncouth!

I’m having a can or two of Punk IPA.

They do it in stubby cans these days, get in!

I usualy stock the beer fridge with a selection of badger ales, my favorite being the golden champion.

However, If I lived near my sister in ross-on-wye, Id mostly stock up on the local micro brewerys selection. Kingston Brewery in tinton, just up from the abby has a fine selection and I perticually like this one!

If you live anywhere near, I recomend a trip for a tasting session, followed by a ploughmans in the little beer garden behind the brewing shed overlooking the valley. Awsome!
