I very nearly did that on Friday. Got away with it, but even got an email from security telling me off for my "extremely dangerous" arrival into work 😳
If he is a true commuter cyclist he will try and find a way to blame the barrier and shift responsibility from himself...he will then start wearing a go-pro during the commute in case any other barriers try to jump out on him like that...all day long he will have been confused as to why his invisible shield of superiority didnt protect him from this other dangerous road user.
