I've just tried the demo of Viewranger and decided I like it I'm thinking about parting with some cash. Having already shelled out for paper maps and owning a fairly complete set of Memory Map maps I don't like the idea of buying them again but its a nice app so worth it. What might be the last straw is buying a duplicate set for the mrs's phone. Is there any way (legally I suppose 🙂 ) to just buy one set of maps between us but run them on two phones?

Each of the viewranger maps appears to be linked to the license key, I tried to share the maps between me & my wifes phones with no joy. I ended up just getting £20's worth of local area for both of us so she can track me when she's at work

i think its locked to the IMEI of the phone so prob cant share them (i'm sure on the website it says if you change phones you need to get a new activation key so cant see it working on 2 phones without 2 keys). I've just bought the national parks set, its a nice piece of software 🙂
