I'm looking for a very lightweight jacket. Windproof and water resistant would be ideal. Budget of £60-70

Our team kit came from Endura and I have their 'packable' which seems to tick all you boxes but I don;t know what they call the retail version (ours are printed) of it or how much it is.

Just got one myself. I have yet to test it properly but reviews seem favourable. Very small and keeps rolled up with elastic strap under collar.

I'm on my second Altura Cape, after tearing too many holes in the first (over 5 years of use).

http://www.evanscycles.com/products/altura/ergofit-race-cape-jacket-ec025044?country=GB&currency=GBP&esvt=1416-GOUKE268092&esvq=&esvadt=999999-0-35906-1&esvcrea=61234393136&esvplace=&esvd=c&esvaid=50080&gclid=CNPkyb-PkscCFWXItAod75wOLA

Very lightweight and only really suitable as an emergency/shell, but works as described.

A little over your budget but the Haglofs LIM I bought recently is superb.

£86 at Go Outdoors

I picked up a Sherpa Thame jacket recently. Cost £70. Lightweight with two pockets and pit zips as well. Kept me dry when got caught out in mid Wales other day.

Someone else said montane featherlight, also good. Had mine for years, avoid wearing near brambles though, ripped mine 🙁 hence new jacket.

Endura MTR. My go to riding jacket, as it's so cool and breathable.

+1 for the Montane Featherlite. I have the velo h2o version and it's great, but I slightly regret getting it in black and wish I'd got a brighter colour for when I'm on the road and it's raining...

Fill your boots Brian. I've found something suitable in my wardrobe which was long forgotten about.

Endura Humvee Convertable jacket is worth a look. Light, waterproof, has a hood in the collar, converts to a gillet, packs up small.

Keela Saxon; the Tweed Valley Bike Patrol have been testing them all last winter and they have been nothing short of brilliant. Feel and perform like a much more expensive jacket.

Howies Dyffi?

Anyone seen them in stock anywhere recently? I guess they are discontinued. Anything similar out there??
