Ok prob a dumb question, but thought I’d ask anyway. While I know that tpi is literally threads per inch, but what is the difference between the high tpi vs low tpi on the trail? is low tpi stiffer? high = more give? is one tougher than the other?

any input to help clarify things for me is appreciated
