    Smallest moth in the world 🙂

    Anyone know what this is ?

    Cattle Egrets, Great Egrets and White Storks still very much a rarity here

    Not currently in the UK johnny.

    Also almost forgot – seen plenty of Pochards and a black duck with a white bit on the side and a small crest – I did know its name but forgot. Fairly small ish.

    The moth is not a moth but a Cabbage White Fly 🙁

    It was seen eating cake the other day…defo a biking bird 🙂

    A cake eating water rail, don’t get much better than that! 🙂

    Molgrips, sounds like you’re describing a Tufty, or Tufted Duck if you want to be proper. Beady yellow eye, bluey grey bill with black tip, dives frequently? That’ll be your tufty right there. 🙂

    On my final day in Scotland i’m treated to a bit of Toad action and a surprise bit of beetle bonking. Not to mention lots geese shifting off.
