Has anyone used the Thule Xpress 970 rack before?

I have a 4 bike pendle one, but its a big massive if I’m just taking 1 or 2 bikes.

So was thinking the Thule as its cheap and also folds down quite small so could store it in the boot.

Because its a hang type carrier do the bikes sway alot?
