    Some form of Grape Hyacinth possibly?

    They normally have a lot more leaves like this

    But there does appear to be quite a few different varieties though.

    Deffinitley a bulb, given time of year. Quite possibly its struggling because of the large thing above it. Keep an eye on it, and if you decide you like it move it once it has flowered.

    There are lots more of them nearby 🙂 That part of the garden is wet and in shade so must be something which can tolerate such conditions.

    I have just looked at our lily of the valley, looks the same, and thrives in damp areas so would be my educated guess.
