We all know the format of Art Club :-). Slight difference as you can interpret the above in anyway.

For fun as always ๐Ÿ™‚

Catflees theme is as above.

Here are some Liberty pix form Flickr. Or you can visit Ellis Island if you want ๐Ÿ˜‰

Nice theme! I used a photo I took at Xmas time last year when I was there, from the Staten Island Ferry. It was bloody freezing!

Not greatly imaginative - it's another Illustrator jobbie.

I cheated a bit... mines frm about 10 years ago, it was part of an animation module on my degree. I made the lips and eye like this so i could animate them. I wanted it to look more cartoon like, but was probably too busy being a student to make a proper effort.

I will draw another one by the end of the week.

One of my photos, MacOSaiX program using Flickr 'Statueofliberty' tagged images as fillers. I left it processing all night, and it still didn't finish. This was a backup save at about 90% ๐Ÿ˜•

Not this one I'm afraid. There probably will be ones around, (and they may actually finish the job!)

catflees - thanks - liking yours too. Did you ever animate it?

Yeah I animated it but its long lost on some old zip disk. I'm going to do a quick crosshatch of the statue later.

Thankyou, I used a cross hatching tutorial my friend made at www.darkdesigngraphics.co.uk, he has done some amazing cross hatch drawings of sports players and a big one of the colosseum. Sound bloke too.
