jus joined if i want to do a timed section on one of the local sections do i need to measure just that section with my garmin or if i upload a whole ride with that in willit automatically pic up that section and add onto the leaderboard?

And can you send rides from garmin connect and if so how, or does it have to be an upload form the garmin device

upload whole ride and it matches all the segments for you.

It will create segemets for any significant hills if no one else has ridden them. You can also add segments for loops or trails.

but you have to remember it’s only for wuss’s who are too scared to race and other second class citizens. It will also make you ride in front of cars and ride straight through every corner.

However at least you can blame the internet……
