my 7 year old will be venturing off road this year so I need to wrap her up.

Anyone used/bought any decent soft knee pads? I’m think maybe adult elbow pads might be a cunning DIY solution…

I don’t really want/need hard shell ones, just something soft/flexible to stop grazing. She won’t be jumping…

I’ve used my old 661 evo elbow guards on my 6 yr old daughters knees before and they worked really well, not restrictive at all for pedalling.

just for future reference, I picked up some Nukeproof Critical Armour Elbow pads from CRC (size small, in the sale) and they are just about perfect knee pads for a 7 year old. Good fit, comfy, flexible and quite cool. May she stack in style.
