anyone knows what this means? looking to buy a Gensis Croix De Ferand want to fit a triple chainset. CRC have some good deals, especially on triple ultegra, but not clear if they would fit.

Not really sure about the triple but any of the hollowtech2 ones will fit

Depends. You may need a new left shifter.

Why not just get a wider range rear cassette instead of a triple?
