My job involves being driven somewhere like Cornwall for several hours, then getting into a car and driving it back for several hours. Getting out for a walk isn’t that practical on the M5, except at Taunton Dean services, for example, so will I die? 😀

Don’t worry count you’re not sitting still as the car is moving. My science sense tells me you’ll live to be 103 due to all the traveling.

According to Google Fit, I didn’t have a single month in 2016 where i was active for less than an average of an hour a day. My job involves me being on my feet for most of the day, I don’t drive, have never smoked, never been overweight, and pretty much always get close to my ten-a-day fruit and veg (veggie for almost three months now).

I reckon I’m pretty much immortal.
