Post-pregnancy, not me mrsHora. Would a Chiropractor/Pyshiotherapist really give quick/significant help?

The best answer you will get for that is “possibly” . A lot would depend on how soon after pregnancy, what state ligaments were in post pregnancy and around 100001 other things.

Anyone who gives a more definite answer than that is talking nonsense.

AS SBZ says – first port of call GP to check for anything that contraindicates manipulation – osteopaths I far prefer to chiropractors

Maybe. I’m sure some will be along.

But stretches are your/her friend. And they’re free.

Look them up on YouTube. There is even a very good one she can do if she has to sit in a chair. I learned some and pretty much got rid of mine.

I can give you a demo next week in person. For a pint. 🙂

    Physio yes, Chiro definately no.

Keep moving. Short walks and light stretches.

Going by my experience with a trapped nerve in my neck, the chiropractor definately helped. Physio didnt.

However, every case is different. I would wait for all her ligaments to return to normal, and if shes still suffering then seek professional advice.

    good luck!

Epidural steroidal injection worked for me – not fun getting it though.
