    Is there any noticeable difference in these in use? I’ll be using them in a Canon EOS 350D and using RAW. Any others worth considering? Extreme IV seem a bit OTT?

    Whaddya reckon?

    ive got a 2gb ul2 and a 4gb ex3. using a 40D with RAW and the 3 is faster but not that much.

    ul2 will probably be fine

    No real difference unless you are shooting continuously a lot.
