    In the end I followed the “set positive – pump negative until the first instance of suckdown occurs” route.

    80 psi positive
    50 negative.
    Approx 3mm suckdown.
    40mm sag when in attack position.

    Forks feel great, nice smooth stroke, little bob and good small bump.

    Who knows why I can’t get them balanced like before my seal popped – maybe in reality they were sucking down and I just didn’t notice.

    But it’s all working fine now so I’m gonna just run with it.
