    Just picked up a pair 2nd hand and am playing around a bit.

    What works for you (+/-)?
    How much sag do you run?
    Whats your weight?
    Hows your fork feel?

    Let all the neg out, get the positive pressure roughly right in terms of sag, the set the neg to the same or very slightly higher than the pos.

    11.5 stone fully kitted (and post Chrimbo)

    pos 130 neg 140psi.

    feels nice
