I've got a set of '08 Reba Races on my Handjob with the push lock motion control thingy with external floodgate – this bike will be getting lady'ised for a while as my other half wants to get fit and it's the only option until we save for a new bike for her.

On my Nicolai I have a set of '08 Revs with the normal 'turn the dial' compression adjuster & external flood gate.

Is it a straight swap to put the one with the push lock on the Revs and vice-a-versa?

Yep. It should be. Just check the motion control unit in each fork is the same length.
