    Hi all was thinking of a turbo trainer or rollers
    To get fitter (as rides seem to be getting harder to do )
    And don’t get the time to get out more than once a week

    Would be good to try one to see if I could use one ! Or just save my pennys and get in a downward
    spiral and get fat

    ..just get fat, save you monies and time 😛

    Give Derby Mercury a shout, they have roller sessions on Wednesdays in their club room.
    I’m sure you will get a spin 🙂
