    It’s technicaly a civil offence isn’t it, not criminal? or am i wrong.

    It’s not illegal to ride a bicycle on a footpath, you just don’t have a right to ride a bike on a footpath, so i think it’s tresspassing. Landowner is the only one who can do anything i think. Don’t take my word for it though.

    unless you mean a pavement next to a road – then it’s a capital offence
