It can depend on the manufacturer. Most allow you to press one of the Function keys during startup to do a factory restore but it isn’t the same Fn key for everyone. Check the user guide (pdf file?) for help
Otherwise you can do a restore from within windows itself but I’ve never done that myself. For that you press the Windows key, type ‘reinstall windows’ to get to the remove everything and reinstall windows link. Click on that link and then follow the instructions. I suspect the problem with that though is that you may not get all the crapware that normally comes preinstalled so I would be looking for the manufacturers factory restore guide first
