Parents machine is 8 years old +, 256RAM 20gb HD affair. Got a 160GB SATA drive and OS. Just need a Case, MB, CPU, Fan, RAM, CD drive, PSU. Nothing fancy – all on board sound and graphics will be used.

I’ve used eBuyer but not recently. Find what you want and shop around using Google. But I’d say you might be able to buy a pre built PC for less than building your own nowadays
