Now I have established that you can ride a moped on a car licence, does anyone have any recommendations for a moped for my partner. Not pink though as I might want to take it for a spin some time.

Any pointers of what to look for would be appreciated as a quick look on Autotrader suggests there are lots of manufacturers out there.

Is it true they only go 30 mph!
