    seen a van r on ebay and its push tuned for a 15 stone rider, i am 12.5 stone.

    Would it need a service to undo the Push tuning or just anew spring?

    you need it revalved usualy as part of a service, about £100 with postage inc, including purchase costs it isnt far off the price of a new one, and you will probably need a new spring as well which are £20-30ish
