    If you havent already left for the pleasures of your office, keep away from the Mall and Constitution Hill this morning.

    Her Maj is due to shake hands with some one from some bannana republic or something later on so the Fuzz Probationers are having a field day making a mess of the cycle route with barriers and bloody-mindedness.

    If you're coming from Vic I think Birdcage is OK, then up Whitehall.
    If you're coming from Hyde Park Id go down Picadilly and Haymarket.
