Bought teh tool & the bearings. Neither had instructions on how to change them over
Cannot find anything via google
Has anyone done this and can give me a few bullet points on what the heck i need to do?

Point One Podium Pedals - Bearing removal

Googled this too and yours is the first post it brings up.
My Podiums develop an annoying squeak after doing 10 to 15 dry miles.
Might be a job of greasing existing bearings/axle instead of replacing them.
Got the bearing removal tool (with no instructions) and bearing kit yesterday.
Will have a go at stripping a pedal later and keep a note of bearing, seal, crush/washer order.Posted 3 months ago # -
The first (and only) time I opened up my Point Ones the only thing that came out of them was dust. I had to look up an internal diagram before I believed that there were indeed bearings not bushings at the end of the axle. Turns out there are three of them. Not sure where the hell mine went!

Three tiny bearings and one large load bearing per pedal in the kit.

My Podiums develop an annoying squeak after doing 10 to 15 dry miles.Mine develop a squeak at times which is annoying but I have worked this out to be the rubber soles rubbing on the axle as it would disappear in the wet so Have purchased the longer pins which cured it!!

You know thinking about it, it wasn't an exploded diagram that convinced me, I couldn't find one of those either. It was the bearing replacement kit that convinced me. Sorry I can't help you.

You need to speak to JPCapel on here. He trashed a set of bearings working out how to do it, even with the tool. He's promised to do mine for me to avoid me going through the same!

Right, had a crack at them.
The big bearing closest to the crank arms was fine, it was the 3 small outboard bearings in a row that were wrecked, seals were worn out. Didn't help that the small O-ring was fitted in the wrong place from the start. The small O-ring sits in a groove on the axle inset of the 3 small bearings.
Had bother removing one of the small bearings, the tool only tapped out the inner race leaving a lot of hammering with a small flat blade screwdriver to dig out the remaining outer race.
So from crank-arm to axle end it goes.
Large bearing, large seal, small O-ring (on axle groove), 3 small bearings, crush/washer, then the screw to hold it all securely in placePosted 3 months ago # -
I think these pedals are great but they aren't designed for longevity. As I said above, the three little bearings in one of my pedals literally disintegrated. One minute they seemed fine, then next (admittedly after four days hammering against rocks in the alps) they were dust.
