Quite fancy slinging my leg over a few bikes on Sat.
I know I can find out this kinda thing on the phone tomorrow, but there seems to be quite a bit of negative feedback on here about their customer service.
Wondered what peoples’ experiences were if they’d been.
Will I be able to test ride some bikes – assuming they have my size?

Yes you can take them for a spin around the carpark/local road. Need to bring some ID and a card to swipe for deposit. I’d say phone first to check that they have the bike you want available in your size.
