Would you like to price match. Still waiting for a reply over one year later. Sales guy canned a £600 sale for not budging on a cheap headset. Ribble got my money instead.

I’d say it was a fail for the IT team if the automated systems are sending out ‘how did we do?’ emails to people who are already pee’d off about not getting a response to their original enquiry. Feedback is unlikely to be positive…

well they did manage to get a response and I assume it waits a set period of time and then sends the e-mail
