Right, currently having to get between bed and the loo on all fours due to my lower back having gone again. The preventive work recommended by my last physio doesn’t seem to be very effective any more and she seemed to have run out of ideas after the last episode, so can anyone recommend a sports minded physio in the Nottingham/Derby area please – i’m based in Ilkeston

Hi – I would suggest you visit Paul Ray at Spondon – his details are online, helped me and my partner with running related problems in the past. He is based next to the Derby runner, and works a lot with triathletes and runners, reccomended, hope it helps.
