    Just finished.

    Took an age to get the tyres to seat hence latex everywhere!

    Will sort out centering of tyres etc.

    Seat post too high, will be an inch or so less.

    I am 6’2″. could have gone up to the 19.5″ but better standover on this size for my tastes.

    quick shake down ride and it rolls much faster than the 26″ I have been used to for the last 22 years!

    will take her out to get muddy soon.

    built up to do the nokia coast to coast and get more into bikepacking. The inbred 29er was a good choice as it has rack mounts (and is not too expensive!)

    Wow my eyes another reason small 29ers should be bannished. Or are the forks the wrong rake pr somethib

    I think that may be the camera angle…. Even the small frames don’t normally look that goofy! 🙂

    How do you find the new SWAP OUTS? I like the idea of them on paper, but do they work.

    could you fit a rack and guards easily with them?
