NS Bikes Primary Cassette Hub – Users?

Thinking of getting one of these for my sliding dropout frame, anyone got one?
Looks to me that they’re like the Pro II bolt up in that the bolts go through the dropout into the axle rather than the axle extending through the dropout like a normal hub.
Anyone confirm this for me?
