Non Shimano SPD shoe inner plates – where to buy?!

Hi folks,
I have some old Pearl Izumi vortex shoes that use 4 holed SPD inner plates…I;ve went and over tightened one plate (twice !) and need a replacement. Been searching the web and can’t find these anywhere, all I see are the shimano triple hole type….anyone able to point me in the right direction please ?
I called Madison who now own Pearl Izumi and they were no good…
